Yoga teaches us that our innermost nature is perfect, peaceful, and divine. And while this peaceful center is always within us, it tends to be hidden by the busyness, stress, and chaos of daily life. The less often we connect to this calm center, the more we lose touch with it. The good news is that it is easy to find it, reconnect with it, and make it a part of our everyday life. Taking time to relax, rest, and be still naturally brings us back to this place and is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself.
Join us for a weekend relaxation and renewal where you will learn how to awaken the joy that is already within you. Learn ancient techniques that open the body, relieve physical and mental tension, and help you make lasting changes. We’ll use time-tested practices that provide deep rest for the body, revitalize the mind, and reconnect us to our natural state of balance and harmony.
Registration is limited; register early.
The weekend includes shared accommodations, healthy meals and snacks and yoga and meditation classes. Optional activities include massage, journaling, nature walks, and lake activities (swimming, kayaking or just relaxing in a hammock). Upon arrival each guest will receive a thank you tote bag filled with gifts to inspire you to grow.
